Should I use a broker to move my car?

There has always been someone looking out for you and your car...the Broker!

Here's a list which describes why you want a Broker to move your car versus going directly to a transport:

1. Protection...do you know how to find out if a transport has
an up-to-date FEDERAL license and insurance? We do...We know what insurance coverage is federally mandated and protect you from giving your car to someone who could damage or steal the vehicle.
If you give your car to the wrong person you may be in for big trouble!

2. Speed of delivery...If you call a transport direct and hire them they will ask for a deposit and/or full delivery fee. Usually that fee is non-refundable. Then you have to wait for them to actually get your vehicle picked up...this can take months. So ask yourself-what will I do if they don't pick up my car???
That's the whole point of using a broker...we won't let them do that to you. A GOOD broker is one who PROTECTS their customer's best interest. That's what we do...We can terminate a truck quickly and re-assign it just as quickly for the most part,saving your car from a long wait in the driveway.

3. Pricing...A broker NEGOTIATES with transports that need your car. A broker also has buying power the general public does not have. Since we do daily business with trucks all over the USA they realize they need us to feed them vehicles. Therefore we get you a lower rate than what they will quote you direct. We've had customers come to us in frustration after dealing direct with a trucks...and they soon find out why using us saves headaches.

4. What if my car gets damaged??? Again here is where the broker saves the day. Going direct to the truck can lead to drivers/owners who simply refuse your calls...ignore you and wait until you give up and go away....what would you do??? Hire an attorney?? By using a broker you let us know and we pull all their insurance info and contact their insurance company direct. We can put pressure on any given truck-we can post negative feedback directly against that trucks' ratings, which can force them out of business.
